Terms of sale and use.

These terms apply to Your Element content, calculators, downloads, and personalized readings. You must be at least 18 to place an order.

What Your Element provides

BaZi, Five Phase, zodiac, and wellbeing material translates traditional cultural frameworks into educational and reflective guidance. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, mental-health care, legal or financial advice, or a guarantee of health, wealth, relationships, timing, or future events.

Calculator and quiz outputs depend on the supplied inputs and the stated calculation model. Element proportions and traditional body correspondences do not diagnose constitution, organs, illness, deficiency, or treatment needs. Verify important birth details independently.

Orders and prices

Product descriptions, price in USD, delivery method, and expected timing are shown before payment. An order is accepted only after PayPal reports a completed capture and the site displays confirmation. Any applicable tax treatment must be confirmed for the seller and customer locations before PayPal Live is enabled.

Digital products and license

Guides and printables are supplied for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, or repackaged as another product. Access problems, corrupted files, and material non-conformity remain eligible for correction, replacement, or an applicable legal remedy.

Personalized readings

A reading is prepared from information supplied by the customer and includes human review. The customer is responsible for disclosing uncertainty in birth time and place. The studio will disclose material input limitations rather than present uncertain details as certain. Scope and delivery timing begin only after both cleared payment and usable delivery information are received.

Early supply and withdrawal rights

At checkout, customers separately ask for digital supply or personalized work to begin before any applicable cooling-off period ends. For digital content, a statutory withdrawal right may end once supply begins after express consent and acknowledgment, where local law allows. For services, cancellation after work begins may result in a lawful proportional charge; rights may end only after full performance where the required consent and acknowledgment exist. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.

Delivery and customer responsibility

Products are currently delivered manually by email. Customers must provide a working address, check filtered folders, and promptly report non-delivery. Transaction confirmation and accepted terms should be retained with the PayPal receipt in a durable format.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not abuse site infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, copy protected site content at scale, or provide another person's private birth information without permission. Your Element retains rights in its original writing, visual design, downloads, and report format; classical quotations remain attributed to their sources.

Liability and mandatory law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Element is not responsible for decisions made solely from reflective content or for indirect losses not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective digital content, fraud, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and governing rights

Future products, prices, and terms may change prospectively. The governing-law clause will be completed after the seller's legal jurisdiction is confirmed; regardless, customers retain mandatory consumer protections applicable in their place of residence.
